We operate in the premium end of the market meaning we will only produce hampers of the finest quality. We source the most luxurious willow for our hampers and baskets. We offer two styles; antique wash finish and light steamed willow.

We do not include any alcohol or beverages within our hampers. That’s for you to add!

We’re always looking to add or enhance our collections. The best way to keep up to date with product launches is via our website or Instagram channel. We’ll always share news here first to keep the customer up to date.
Yes, they are fine to machine wash but always read the care label carefully and follow the instructions.
We will try our best to accommodate any order changes. Requests will need to be emailed to us on the same day of your order.

We offer free UK P&P on orders over £50.00 and aim to ship your item within 3-4 working days of ordering.
If you would like to organise next day delivery this can be arranged and paid for on top of your order.

We track all orders so we are able to keep an eye on the delivery status for you. If for any reason you do not receive your item please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order confirmation.
We use DPD who deliver next day for UK delivery.
We deliver to the UK and Europe (additional charges apply for Europe).
We don’t currently ship worldwide.
We have found since Brexit customers have been charged a customs fee from £25. This in not included in our shipping costs and we are unable to reimburse you.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Due to the bespoke nature of our hampers and all our baskets being personalised to order we do not except returns. However, if your basket or item is damaged please inform us within 24 hours of receipt so we can organise a replacement.

Either is fine! But we do have to pay Not on the High Street a fee for every sale so we’ll always encourage you to buy direct if you can. The end product is exactly the same so you won’t miss out on anything either way.

Our supply chain takes into account ethically sourced materials and encompasses a breadth of international labour rights such as working hours, health and safety, freedom of association and wages.
