We operate in the premium end of the market meaning we will only sell hampers of the finest quality. All the willow used to produce our baskets is sustainably resourced from specially cultivated crops.

You can add a bottle of Bollinger Champagne for an extra charge. This option is available at checkout.

You will automatically be sent a tracking number for your order so you are able to keep an eye on the delivery status. If for any reason you do not receive your item please email team@thecolourfulgardencompany.co.uk with your order confirmation. 

We use DPD who deliver next day for UK delivery.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Email us directly and we can discuss any issues.

Either is fine! But we do have to pay Not on the High Street a fee for every sale so we’ll always encourage you to buy direct if you can. The end product is exactly the same so you won’t miss out on anything either way.
